You need to also have ready, your logo, and photos or videos about your products and services.

I can do voice overs myself, if you like my voice, otherwise I can get a professional voice over artist, but this can hike the price tremendously.
The software I use also have built in AI voiceover functions, but I try never to use this.
A real human voice, stays the best option.
